Shipping options
For France, we offer deliveries by Colissimo (with or without signature), Mondial Relay* or collection directly from the label (for people who live nearby).
Abroad, we propose Colissimo delivery (via French national Post, registered) and Mondial Relay* for the european countries where the service is provided.
*WARNING : For Mondial Relay delivery option, pickup point selection function is not available on this website for the moment. I will contact you by email following your order to know which pickup point you want to use. Please have in mind to check your emails after placing an order with this delivery option.
Order processing time
This activity is a passion that I pursue in my free time. I have a fairly demanding job, so I am unable to process and ship orders immediately upon receipt. I can only handle this on weekends. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
However, I try to do it as quickly as possible (excluding holiday periods, but this will be indicated in advance on the site and social networks) and arrange to ship orders within 1 week.
If this doesn't suit you, if you can't understand it, if it bothers you, or if you don't have the patience, avoid ordering from this site. It's important to be transparent on my end and understanding/patient on yours.

Order cancelation
Comme expliqué dans la section « A propos », je dispose de peu de temps libre et le dédie à m’occuper du label. Cette aventure ne me rapporte pas d’argent et m’en coute plutôt …
PayPal does not refund transaction fees in the event of an order cancellation/refund. This means that any cancellation would cost me more.
In addition, a cancellation represents additional management time.
Also, please understand that all orders are final (i.e., they cannot be cancelled). This is important to the viability of this label.

If there is a problem with your order
To avoid any problems, I strongly recommend taking delivery with signature required.
If your package is damaged, remember to clearly indicate your reservations to the delivery person and take a photo.
